The most common reasons that people seek help from a chiropractor are that they hurt and they can't move and do what they need or want to do. You can approach this problem from two directions. The first approach sees pain as the central problem. The worse it feels the more likely you are to focus on 'getting rid of the pain.' In our office we completely understand and sympathize with this priority and will do everything we can to speed your relief.
We treat the cause of pain
The second approach to the problem of pain is to look for and correct the cause. From this perspective pain is not the problem. Instead pain is the messenger that there is a problem. The less pain you're in the easier it is to look at your condition from this perspective. One of the benefits to receiving care in our office is that we never lose sight of the importance of correcting the problem(s) even when our focus is pain relief.
